Leland Health

Prescription care, minus the waiting room. Our newest venture, and the first clinic we run.

Live in all 50 states

The problem we solve.

Getting a prescription for weight loss or a longevity treatment usually means a weeks long wait for an appointment, a price nobody will quote until checkout, and a membership fee stacked on top of the medication.

Leland Health is an online clinic that removes all three. Licensed U.S. providers review a short intake, usually within a day, and every treatment shows its formula, how it is taken and its four week price before a patient fills out a single form.

What it does

One price, one care team.

Medication, provider care and shipping in a single four week price, with no membership on top. Patients pick a program, finish a five minute intake, and are charged only if a provider prescribes.

Compare before you commit

Every treatment lists its formula, delivery method, how often it is taken and its price, so the choice is made with the numbers in view.

ii.

Licensed and certified

Providers licensed in all 50 states, LegitScript certified, and HIPAA compliant, with records encrypted and never sold.

iii.

Care that keeps going

Check-ins at every dose change and messaging with the care team seven days a week, for as long as treatment runs.

How it works

Four programs, one front door.

Leland runs four programs: medical weight loss with GLP-1 injections or daily pills, longevity with NAD+, B12 and Sermorelin, microdosing for people who want GLP-1 support at a lower dose, and sexual health. Browsing them needs no medical details at all.

When a patient is ready, they complete an online intake that takes about five minutes. A licensed provider in their state reviews it, usually within 24 hours. If treatment is appropriate, the prescription ships free from a U.S. licensed pharmacy in about two days, and the dose is adjusted by a provider as the patient progresses.

It sits next to JellyPal in the portfolio. JellyPal helps people understand a GLP-1 course they are already on; Leland is where a course can start.

Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed provider decides treatment is appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary.

“Prescription care is a durable need with recurring revenue built in: a course of treatment runs for months, and every refill is a patient choosing to stay. Software does the intake, the comparison and the follow-up, which is how a small team can serve patients in every state.”
